ARCS® Foundation is a nationally recognized nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization started and run entirely by women who boost American leadership and aid advancement in science and technology. To address the country's need for new scientists and engineers, we provide unrestricted funding to help the country's brightest graduate and undergraduate students create new knowledge and innovative technologies.
ARCS (Achievement Rewards for College Scientists) Foundation advances science and technology in the United States by providing financial awards to academically outstanding students who are US citizens studying to complete degrees in science, engineering, math, technology, and medical research.

We believe these core values are crucial to creating a welcoming environment within our organization. We open doors to talented individuals who bring different perspectives to scientific research. ARCS Foundation celebrates and supports the efforts of our partner institutions as they eliminate barriers to academic and scientific achievement.
In June of 2021, ARCS National Board established the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Plan Task Force charged with developing recommendations for possible actions and/or initiatives to support and implement ARCS National DEI Statement.
